What's Her Story: Nell began her career, inauspiciously enough, working in a bank. An athletic child, her youthful dreams were to become a policewoman. Thankfully for all of us, she recognized her calling as a model and was soon discovered by The Daily Star. Her regular features in The Daily Star led to her discover by Eidos Software, who hired her to replace fellow Lara Croft model Rhona Mitra as the 2nd official Lara Croft model (Rhona being the first). She got to travel the globe and see the world promoting the Tomb Raider video game franchise, gaining some international exposure in the process. Her international exposure turned to fame as she exposed herself in Playboy, being the first British woman in 30 years to grace the international cover of the magazine and landing the magazine in a spot of trouble with Eidos. The photoshoot and cover, labeled as “Lara Croft nude” earned Playboy a lawsuit from Eidos over the usage of their trademarks, ultimately leading to Playboy pulling the magazine and re-issuing it with the offending trademarks removed. The fame and noteriety led to appearances in numerous magazines (including FHM, Loaded, Front, and many more) for Nell, a job co-hosting the game show It's A Knockout, a spot as a VJ on VH1's Spice, entertainment reporter for the television show The Big Breakfast. Staying busy as ever, Nell's star rose even higher after her appearance in the British reality show I'm A Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here!, a celebrity variation on the popular Survivor television show. Since her stint on I'm A Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here!, Nell has released two exercise videos, Nell McAndrew's Peak Energy and Nell McAndrew - Maximum Impact, continues to grace the covers of numerous magazine, and dedicates a lot of time to charity work. Nell shows no signs of slowing down, and we're all glad she's most definitely here to stay!
